CFS2 demonstrates that kindness is better than judgement

I didn't really think I was going to find anything worth watching here since it is so rare to hear stories where kindness rules over debt obligations.  I wasn't pleasantly surprised to see this debt collection agency going against the norm and proving that kindness is more rewarding not only to the person receiving it, but to everyone involved.
