- 2 cups spelt flour
- 1 1/2 tsp quick-rising yeast
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp healthiest oil you can afford (olive, peanut, etc)
- 1 tsp honey
- 2/3 cups warm water
- Stir first 3 ingredients together
- add remaining ingredients. Stir well.
- Knead until smooth
- Stretch to fit greased 10" or 12" pizza pan
